ABOUT NEWBORN SESSIONS
Newborn sessions provide you with a collection of photos to remember this most precious time. Sessions are scheduled 1-2 weeks after baby's due date, and may be adjusted if needed.
As a newborn photographer, my approach is to keep things as simple and organic as possible, while providing a safe and comfortable experience for baby. My newborn sessions are taken at my home studio, using only natural window light. We will take our time to allow baby to fall asleep in your arms before the session begins. If baby allows, I'll gently wrap with a swaddle.
I have a small collection of items I provide for my newborn sessions, as I believe that less is more, and would like the focus of your session to be on the simple beauty of your newborn baby. Baby is photographed on a cozy beanbag topped with a soft, fluffy white blanket backdrop and white swaddle. Matching hat and floral headbands are also available to use. If baby allows me to include a small woolen teddy bear, we can include that as well! In order to keep newborn sessions flowing smoothly and in align with my simple, organic approach, I do not use anything outside of these items.
About one week days after your baby's photo session, you'll receive your image gallery. You are welcome to download a selection of images which varies depending on the package your choose, as a high-resolution, print ready file. Please don't forget to print your photos. Professional print products and additional downloads are also available for purchase on your gallery.
